2 | x | Carrots, chopped small |
1 | ts | Garlic powder |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
4 | x | Sweet Red Peppers in strips |
2 | cn | Crushed tomatoes 1 lb. 13 oz |
1 | tb | Basil |
Sautee peppers & carrots in oil till tender. Add rest of ingredents. Simmer 1 hr. cook Linguine & toss with sauce. Optional: Add grated cheese & parsly while tossing.
