2xCarrots, chopped small
1tsGarlic powder
  Salt & pepper to taste
4xSweet Red Peppers in strips
2cnCrushed tomatoes 1 lb. 13 oz
1tbBasil

Sautee peppers & carrots in oil till tender. Add rest of ingredents. Simmer 1 hr. cook Linguine & toss with sauce. Optional: Add grated cheese & parsly while tossing.
