10 3/4 | oz | Can condensed French onion soup, undiluted |
16 | oz | Can Mexican-style tomatoes with liquid, cut up |
1 | c | Uncooked long grain rice |
1 | | Egg, lightly beaten |
1 | lg | Onion, chopped |
1/2 | c | Vegetable oil |
1 | tb | Garlic salt |
1 | tb | Chili powder |
1 | tb | Salt |
| ds | Cayenne pepper |
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Pour into a small covered
roasting pan. Bake at 350øF for 1 1/2 hours without lifting the lid.
