3 | c | Cooked brown rice |
1 | c | Orange juice |
1 | c | Orange sections, or canned mandarin orange sections |
1/2 | c | Golden raisins |
1/2 | c | Cider vinegar |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
2 | tb | Pecan halves, toasted |
Salt and Pepper, to taste |
Toss all ingredients together. Serve at room temperature.
