Title: Crockpot Perfect Meatloaf

Yield: 1 Servings
1 1/2 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
1/2 | c | Bread crumbs |
1/2 | c | Tomato juice |
3 | tb | Chopped onion |
3 | tb | Chopped bell pepper |
3 | tb | Chopped celery |
2 | ts | Seasoned salt |
1/4 | ts | Thyme |
Catsup or chili sauce |
Using a fork, mix all the ingredients, except the catsup and pepper rings. Shape into a loaf and put into greased crockpot. Top with catsup and pepper rings. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then on low 6 to 8 hours. Quartered potatoes coated with butter may also be cooked with this recipe. A dash of Paprika will give them a nice browned look. (Same cooking time)
