1/2lbProcess cheese
2tbChicken broth or milk
2cCubed cooked turkey *or*
15ozCanned boned turkey (opt.)
1 1/2tsMinced onion, instant
  Salt
  Pepper

Place cheese and broth in double broiler. Cook over boiling water until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally to blend. Add remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.

Serve over hot toast, hot biscuits or corn bread.
