2 | sm | Cucumbers, sliced |
1 | sm | Onion, diced |
3 | Green onions, minced | |
1 | lg | Green bell pepper, diced |
1 | Hot green chili, minced | |
1 | c | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 | tb | Vinegar |
Salt | ||
Oil & lemon dressing |
Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl. Add the dressing & vinegar & mix well.
