Title: Jim's Horseradish Barbecue Sauce

1/2 | c | Fresh lemon juice |
1/2 | c | Ketchup |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Cornstarch |
1/2 | c | Cider vinegar |
2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | ts | Hot pepper sauce |
1/2 | c | Prepared horseradish |
Make a slurry of the lemon juice, vinegar and cornstarch; add it to a sauce
pan with the Worcestershire, sugar and pepper sauce. Bring just to a boil.
Lower heat immediately and simmer 10 min. Remove from heat and stir in the
horseradish. Use as a BBQ sauce or chill and use as a condiment with cold
