Title: Rhubarb Steak Sauce

8cChopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
4cChopped onion
2cVinegar
2 1/3cPacked brown sugar
1tsGround cinnamon
1tsGround allspice
1/2tsGround cloves
1tsSalt
1/2tsPepper

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool. Refrigerate in covered containers.
