Title: Basic Muffins
Categories: Bread Check
Yield: 10 Muffins

1cMixed whole grain flours
1/2tsSea salt
1tsHeaping, low sodium baking
  Powder.
1tbUnrefined oil
1 Egg, beaten
1tbDark molasses
1cButtermilk

Mix dry ingredients. Stir in the oil and rub in well with fingers. Add egg, molasses and buttermilk. Stir well. Fill greased muffin tins a little over halffull. BAke 15-17 minutes at 450 degrees. These muffins are excellent with 1/2 c. blueberries or other small berries stirred in the batter. Wheat germ may be used as part of the flour.
