1 1/3	c	Milk/water
3	tb	Oil, vegetable
3	tb	Honey
1		Egg
2/3	ts	;salt
2/3	ts	Lemon peel; grated
1	c	Flour, whole wheat bread
1	c	Oats
2	c	Flour, bread
2	ts	Yeast
1/2	c	Apricots, dried; diced
1/2	c	Raisins
1/4	c	Almonds; chopped

Add first ten ingredients in order listed. Set machine to appropriate cycle. After first kneading, add apricots, raisins and chopped almonds. Complete cycle.
