2 1/4	ts	Dry yeast
3	c	Bread flour
1 1/2	ts	Salt
1 1/2	tb	Sugar
1 1/2	tb	Dry skim milk
4 1/2	ts	Shortening or sweet butter
1 1/2	c	Less 3 Tbls lukewarm water

Place ingredients in pan in above order. Select WHITE BREAD setting. Push START. Go enjoy TV for the next few hours. (This has GOTTA be the best white bread you have ever tasted! We make it three times a week, honest!)
