1 1/2 | tb | Cinnamon |
1 1/8 | ts | Salt |
2/3 | c | 10 or 9 or 7 grain cereal |
Crush with rolling pin | ||
2/3 | c | Cornmeal |
2 2/3 | c | Bread flour |
5 | tb | Buttermilk powder |
1 | tb | Caraway seeds |
1 | tb | Yeast |
2 | tb | Gluten |
2 | ts | Lecithin |
1/3 | c | Raisins or currents |
This will produce a 33oz loaf. If you leave out lecithin, add 1/2 T gluten. He calls it NO NAME BREAD
