1cWhole wheat flour
1 Packet/2 1/4 tsp yeast
1tbSugar
1tsSalt
1tbPowdered skim milk or soy
  Milk (optional, but I think
  It helps)
1 1/2cHot water.

Follow usual procedure for breadmaker. Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.

I think this works out to 70 cal, 0.5 g fat per ounce.
