Title: Blackberry Pancakes

1cBlackberries
2lgEggs
2cButtermilk
2cFlour
1tsBaking soda
1tsSalt
1tbSugar
2tsBaking powder
1/4cButter, melted

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in buttermilk and baking soda. Sift flour, salt sugar and baking powder. Add flour mixture to egg mixture, beating well to make a thin batter.

Add blackberries and butter.

Fry on a hot buttered griddle until puffy and golden brown, turning pancake only once.

Serve very hot
