Title: Bean & Chicken Burritos

4 | Flour tortillas 7-8" | |
1 | c | Fat free refried beans |
8 | sl | Deli chicken breast (3 oz.) |
2 | oz | Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese (1/2 c.) |
1 | c | Shredded lettuce |
1/4 | c | Salsa |
Heat oven to 400. Spread 1/4 cup refried beans evenly onto each tortilla. Place 2 slices chicken and 2 tablespoons cheese down the center 1/3 of each tortilla; fold sides over filling. Place, folded side down, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 6-8 minutes or until throoughly heated. Serve topped with lettuce and salsa.
