1 | cn | Ro-Tel tomatoes & chilies |
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | | Onion, chopped |
1 | pk | Burrito seasoning mix |
8 | oz | Velveeta |
8 | oz | Sour cream |
1 | cn | Sliced black olives |
Brown ground beef and drain all fat. Add onion and seasoning mix. In a
separate pan melt Velveeta, add sour cream and Ro-Tel and stir. Spread
tortillas with seasoned beef mixture, sprinkle the sliced black olives
over, and pour a little sauce over each one. Roll up, place in a greased
pan, pour the rest of the sauce over all. Top with the rest of the sliced
olives. Cover and bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes. Submitted By SALLY
