2 | c | Sugar |
6 | Whole eggs | |
12 | oz | Box vanilla wafers |
1/2 | c | Milk |
7 | oz | Flaked coconut |
1 | c | Chopped pecans |
Cream butter; add sugar and beat until smooth. Add eggs one at at time, beating after each addition; add vanilla wafers, which have been finely crushed, alternating with the milk. Add the coconut and pecans. Pour batter into a well greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Randy Rigg
