Title: Mocha Butter Frosting

1 | ts | Powdered instant coffee |
1 | ts | Hot water |
1/4 | c | Butter or margarine softened |
3 | tb | Hershey's cocoa |
1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
2 | c | Powdered sugar |
In small mixer bowl dissolve instant coffee in water. Blend in butter, cocoa and vanilla. Blend in egg. Gradually beat in powdered sugar unti well blended. Add water, 1 ts. at a time, if necessary, until desired consistency.
