1/2		Bu ripe tomatoes
4	lg	Onions
8		Hot red peppers or
16		Tabascos
1/2	c	Pickling spice
1	tb	Whole cloves
3	ts	Black pepper
3	c	Sugar
4	tb	Salt
1	qt	Cider vinegar

Throw clean tomatoes, peppers, onions and spices in a bag into a pot. Cook until mushy. Put through a Victorio Strainer. Return to pot, add sugar, black pepper, salt and cider vinegar. Simmer until thick.
