Title: Crabmeat Casserole

2slWhite bread, cubed
2ozCheddar cheese, cubed
6ozCrabmeat, well drained
4ozCanned mushrooms, drained
2 Eggs
1cSkim milk
1 1/2tsMustard
1tsLemon juice
1/2tsSalt
  Dash of pepper
  Dash of paprika

Arrange bread, cheese, crabmeat and mushrooms in Pam sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour egg mixture over other ingredients and let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If after 45 minutes, casserole looks too juicy, cook it uncovered for a while longer. Randy Rigg
