Title: Crabmeat Casserole

2 | sl | White bread, cubed |
2 | oz | Cheddar cheese, cubed |
6 | oz | Crabmeat, well drained |
4 | oz | Canned mushrooms, drained |
2 | | Eggs |
1 | c | Skim milk |
1 1/2 | ts | Mustard |
1 | ts | Lemon juice |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
| | Dash of pepper |
| | Dash of paprika |
Arrange bread, cheese, crabmeat and mushrooms in Pam sprayed 1 1/2 quart
casserole. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour egg mixture over
other ingredients and let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If after 45
minutes, casserole looks too juicy, cook it uncovered for a while longer.
