1 | c | Milk |
2 | | 17 oz. cans of cream style |
| | Corn |
3 | | Hot dog buns |
3/4 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Chili powder |
1 | c | Coarsley grated cheddar |
| | Cheese |
4 | oz | Sliced mushrooms, drained |
Fry bacon until lightly crisp. Drain of paper towel and break into bits.
Cook and drain more slices for garnish. Mix bits with milk and corn. Break
3 hot dog buns and rub between hands to make medium fine crumbs (about 2
cups firmly packed). Stir in corn mixture with salt, chili powder, cheddar
cheese and drained mushrooms. Mix well and bake, uncovered, in 7 to 8 cup
casserole at 350 degrees for 50 minutes till puffy and creamy soft. Add
