8	oz	Philadelphia cream cheese
4	c	Hot mashed potatoes
1		Egg, beaten
1/3	c	Finely chopped onion
1/2	c	Chopped pimento
1	ts	Salt
	ds	Pepper

Combine cream cheese and potatoes; mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in a 1 quart casserole at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Randy Rigg
