1/2 | lb | Lean ground beef |
1/2 | c | Onion, minced |
1 | | Packet chili seasoning |
8 | oz | Tomato sauce |
1 | c | Corn chips |
1/2 | c | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 | c | Ripe olives, minced |
Brown ground beef and onion, stir in chili mix and tomato sauce. Grease a
one quart casserole. Coarsely crush corn chips. Layer 1/2 beef mixture, 1/2
corn chips, 1/2 cheese, repeat. Top with minced olives. Bake at 350 degrees
F for 20 minutes. Note: I usually microwave this for about 5 min. unless I
am using the oven for bread.
