6	oz	Gelatin, orange-flavored
2 1/2	c	Water; boiling
15 1/4	oz	Pineapple, crushed;undrained
6	oz	Orange concentrate; thawed
22	oz	Mandarin oranges; drained
3 3/4	oz	Pudding, instant lemon
1	c	Milk, cold
1	c	Cream, whipped

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add pineapple and thawed orange concentrate. Chill until partially set. Fold in drained oranges. Spoon mixture into a 13x9x2" pan, and chill until firm. Beat pudding mix and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped cream, and spread mixture over gelatin. Chill.
