2 | md | Onions, finely chopped |
1 | | Clove garlic, minced |
2 | ts | Salt |
8 | | Salad potatoes DRESSING: |
1/4 | c | Salad oil |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
1/4 | ts | Pepper Add more salt, if needed |
Wash, peel and slice cucumbers thin. Add onions, garlic and sprinkle with
salt; let stand 1 hour. Then squeeze the liquid from the cucumber mixture.
Boil potatoes, peel and slice when cool. Add to cucumber. Toss lightly
with dressing. Mix lightly and toss with potatoes and cucumbers.
