Title: Double Mango & Habanero Salad

1 | Mango | |
1 | Mango, (green) | |
2 | Habanero chiles; seeded and chopped | |
2 | Shallots; finely chopped | |
1/2 | c | Fresh cilantro; chopped |
1 | tb | Thai fish sauce |
1 | Lime juice (fresh); one lime | |
2 | ts | Sugar |
1 | pn | Salt |
Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin strips. Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
