Title: Dry Jerk Rub Seasoning

Yield: 1 Cup
1 | ts | Ground dried habanero |
2 | tb | Onion powder |
1 | tb | Ground allspice |
1 | tb | Ground thyme |
2 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
2 | ts | Ground cloves |
1 | ts | Ground black pepper |
1 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/2 | ts | Ground nutmeg |
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. It is also a good sprinked on cooked food instead of salt.
