Title: Haitian Hot Pepper Sauce

2 | c | Cups |
3 | Habanero or 6 serrano chiles, stems | |
1/2 | c | Papaya, chopped |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1 | c | Finely chopped onions |
3 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
1/2 | ts | Turmeric |
1/4 | c | Malt vinegar |
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Place mixture in blender and blend until smooth.
