Title: Carol Burnett's Meatloaf

2lbGround round
2 Eggs
16ozTomato sauce
  Milk
  Onions; chopped
  Green pepper; chopped
  Bread crumbs
  Salt & pepper
  Onion salt
  Garlic salt

Beat eggs with a little bit of milk in bowl. Add [1] can tomato sauce and b eat. Add onions, pepper and squish meat with hands through all this mess (w ash hands first). Add salt, pepper, etc. to taste. Add a few bread crumbs t o hold it all together and pat into a loaf. Place loaf in electric frying p an - with a little oil. Pour over remaining tomato sauce. Cook about 1-1/2 hours at 325~.
