Title: Egg Free, Wheat Free, Milk Free Meatloaf

1 1/2lbGround Beef
1/4cRaw, grated potato up to 1/2 cup
1/4cChopped Onion
1/4cGrated Carrot
3/4ts-Salt;or less
1ds-Pepper
1/2cBroth; up to 1 cup gravy, tomato juice,etc
1cChopped Vegetables optional peas, carrots, green beans, cele
  Green peppers etc

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. You do not have to add the optional vegetables, but it is a good way for children to learn to enjoy them.
