Title: Gourmet Meatloaf

1 1/2cSoft bread crumbs
3/4cRose wine
1pkInstant beef broth
1/4cWater
2tbInstant minced onions
2tbInstant green peppers
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsDry mustard
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2lbLean ground meat

1. Combine soft bread crumbs, wine, the package of instant beef broth, onions, peppers and water in a large heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes. 2. Stir in salt, dry mustard, egg and ground meat. 3. Press firmly into an 8 1/2-inch, heat-resistant, non-metallic round baking dish with custard cup in the center (right side of cup facing down). 4. The ring shape will bake very evenly and the excess fat will be collected under the inverted cup. Heat, loosely covered with paper towel, in Microwave Oven 12 minutes. NOTE: Any combination of beef, veal, lamb or pork may be used
