40lbGround beef
16 Eggs, lightly beaten
8cOld-fashioned oats
5cTomato juice
3lgOnions, chopped
1/3cSalt
SAUCE
3cWater
1 1/2cKetchup
6tbVinegar
2tbPrepared mustard
2tbBrown sugar

Combine beef, eggs, oats, tomato juice, onions, salt and pepper. Form into 16 loaves. Place in 9"x5"x3" loaf pans. Combine sauce ingredients; pour 3 tbs. over each loaf. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until no pink remains, basting once with remaining sauce.
