2lbLean Ground Beef
1 1/2cCheddar; Sharp, Shredded
2cBread Crumbs; Fresh
1 Egg; Lg
1/2cCelery; Chopped
1/2cOnion; Chopped
1tbWorcestershire Sauce
1tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
8ozTomato Sauce; 1 Cn

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the meat, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, egg, celery, onion and seasonings, blending well. Shape into a 9-inch round loaf in a shallow casserole. Bake for 1 hour and pour off the drippings. Pour the tomato sauce over the meat and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese. Return to the oven and continue to bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot.
