Title: Zucchini Nut and Raisin Bread

1/2 | c | Water |
3/4 | c | Grated zucchini |
2 | ts | Salt |
3 | c | Bread flour |
1/3 | c | Rolled oats |
3 | tb | Cracked wheat |
3 | tb | Powdered milk |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1 1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
3/4 | ts | Nutmeg |
3 | tb | Oli |
1 | | Egg |
1 | | Egg yolk |
2 | ts | Yeast |
3/4 | c | Raisins and/or nuts |
Put grated zucchini in a colander or stainer. Sprinkle with half the salt,
let drain for 30 minutes, and squeeze dry. Add a ingredients except the
raisins and/or nuts in the order suggested by you bread machine manual. At
the beep, add the raisins and/or the nuts.
