1 1/4 | c | Water |
1/4 | c | Unsweetened cocoa |
2 2/3 | c | Bread flour |
1/4 | c | Wheat grem |
1/4 | c | Wheat bran |
1/4 | c | Plus 2 T brown sugar |
3 | tb | Powdered milk |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | tb | Oil |
2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
3/4 | c | Raisin |
Bring the water to a boil. Add the cocoa and stir until dissolved. Let
cool to room temp. Add the cocoa and all remaining ingredients expect
raisin, in the order listed in your bread machine manual. At the beep, add
the raisins.
