2 | 16 oz jars mild cherry peppers | |
2 | oz | Thinly sliced prosciutto |
8 | oz | Can pineapple chunks |
Drain cherry peppers. Slice off and discard stems. With a small spoon, scoop out and discard seeds. Cut prosciutto into 1 to 2 inch squares. Drain pineapple chunks. Cut each chunk in half. Wrap in prosciutto and stuff into a pepper.
