Title: French Onion and Beef Strudel

3/4 | c | Mozzarella |
1/4 | c | Parmesan |
1/4 | c | Butter |
1 1/2 | c | Finely chopped onions |
6 | oz | Beef, sliced |
1 | ts | Flour |
1/2 | ts | Cumin |
1 | ts | Brown sugar |
Salt & Pepper to taste | ||
1 | 8 oz can cresent rolls | |
1/2 | c | Beef broth |
Combine cheese; set aside. Cook onions in butter till golden brown, about 15-20 minutes, add beef. In another bowl combine flour, cumin, brown sugar with the beef broth. Add to beef and onions, cook till liquid is gone. In the meantime, separate dough into 8 triangles. Overlap 2 triangle to make 1 big triangle. Place triangle in a row on a greased cookie sheet overlapping. (Place the tip if the triangle about in the middle of the overlapping triangle.) Spoon beef mixture down the center. Top with cheese mixture. Bring sides point over filling crossing over each other. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Top with sour cream.
