Title: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

4 | Boneless chicken breast | |
3/4 | c | Caesar salad dressing |
8 | c | Torn romaine lettuce |
1 | c | Garlic croutons |
3/4 | c | Parmesan |
Marinate chicken with 1/4 of the dressing. Refrigerate at least 6 hrs or overnite. Grill chicken, but reserving marinade for frequently brushing during grilling. Discard any remaining marinade. In lg bowl combine lettuce and remaining dressing; toss gently. Divide evenly on 4 plates. Slice chicken and arrange over lettuce. Top each salad with 1/4 C croutons and 1 T chesse.
