Title: Korean Grilled Marinated Beef

1 1/2 | lb | Beef, cut 1/2" thick |
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
2 | Green onion, finely chopped | |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
2 | tb | Sugar |
2 | tb | Sesame oil |
2 | tb | Dry sherry |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
Score meat on both sides. Place meat in shallow pan. Mix all items and pour over the beef and let sit 1 hour at room temp; turning just once. Drain meat and place on coals.
