3/4 | c | Soy sauce |
2 | | Green onion |
1 | | Garlic clove, minced |
1 | ts | Instant beef bouillon |
2 | tb | Sesame oil |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | tb | Vinegar |
1 | ts | Sesame seed |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
Mix 1/2 C soy sauce, onion, garlic, beef bouillon, and 1/2 C water. Add
ribs. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hr or till tender. Drain. Mix remaining soy
sauce, sesame oil,sugar, vinegar, sesame seed, dry mustard, and 1/8 ts
pepper. Place ribs on grill. Brush frequently with soy sauce-sesame
mixture.
