Title: Steak Teriyaki

3 | lb | Round or sirloin steaks |
(1" Thick) | ||
1/2 | c | Soy Sauce |
3 | tb | Brown sugar, packed |
1 | ts | Ginger |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustart |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper, coarse ground |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | 12 oz can flat beer | |
2 | tb | Salad oil |
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours.
Grill 3-4 inches from hot coals, basting frequently with marinade, for about 20 minutes (10 minutes each side) or to desired doneness. Slice steak thinly on the diagnonal before serving.
