Title: Barbeque Sauce for Fish

1 | Thick lemon slice | |
1 | Onion, sliced | |
1/4 | c | White vinegar |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Prepared mustard |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
2 | tb | Sugar |
1/4 | ts | Cayenne (red) pepper |
2 | tb | Butter |
SECONDARY INGREDIENTS (NOTE | ||
1/2 | c | Catsup |
2 | tb | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 | ts | Liquid smoke |
Simmer first set of ingredients for 20 minutes, then add the secondary ingredients. Remove lemon slice and baste fish and barbeque, basting with the sauce as needed.
