Title: Sweet and Sour Barbecue Sauce

1 | | Catsup, 32 oz bottle |
1 1/2 | c | Water |
1 | c | Vinegar |
1 | c | Brown sugar, packed |
1/2 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Worcestershire sauce |
1/3 | c | Onion, finely chopped |
2 | tb | Mustard, prepared |
2 | tb | Horseradish, prepared |
1 | ts | Seasoned salt |
In a large saucepan, combine the catsup, water, vinegar, brown sugar, soy
sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, mustard, horseradish, and season salt.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Use to
baste beef, lamb or poultry during last 15 minutes of grilling. Heat and
pass remainder.
