2 | tb | Chili powder |
1 | ts | Crumbled bay leaf |
2 | tb | Liquid smoke -BARBECUE SAUCE: |
3 | tb | Brown sugar |
14 | oz | Catsup |
3/4 | ts | Cayenne pepper |
6 | tb | Butter, melted |
1 | tb | Dry mustard |
2 | tb | Liquid smoke Salt & pepper |
1/4 | c | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | ts | Celery salt |
1/2 | c | Water |
Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, bay leaves and liquid smoke. Rub meat
on all sides with mixture. Place meat fat side up in large roasting pan.
Cover tightly and bake 4 hours at 325 degrees. After meat is cooked, cut
thin slices across the grain; mix with the barbecue sauce and simmer for 10
minutes. Serve on buns.
