2 | tb | Taco seasoning |
6 1/2 | oz | Pizza crust mix * |
1 | c | Prepared salsa |
1 | c | Shredded Colby cheese |
2/3 | c | Tortilla chips; crushed |
1 1/2 | c | Shredded lettuce |
2 | tb | Sliced ripe olives (optl) |
*May substitute homemade 12-inch pizza crust
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cook ground meat with taco seasoning in a large skillet over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
Prepare pizza crust according to package directions.
Spread crust evenly on greased 12-inch pizza pan and top evenly with salsa. Sprinkle on meat, cheese, and tortilla chips. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, top with shredded lettuce and olives if using and serve.
Makes 1 twelve-inch pizza; 6 servings
