Title: Dijon Tofu Dip

16 | oz | Tofu block -- drained |
2 | tb | Soy sauce, low sodium |
4 | ts | Dijon mustard |
1/2 | ts | Horseradish -- powder |
1 | ts | Dill weed |
1/2 | ts | Onion powder |
2 | Garlic cloves | |
4 | tb | Coriander leaves -- chopped |
Fresh |
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Add a little water if necessary for ease in preparation.
HELPFUL HINTS: This makes quite a large amount of dip. It keeps well in the refrigerator. Makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes.
