Title: Gingered Turnips

Yield: 3 Servings
2 | lb | Turnips, peeled and cubed |
1/4 | c | Beef stock |
1/2 | ts | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Ground ginger |
2 | ts | Soy sauce |
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, simmer until turnips are tender (15 minutes). Drain, mash until fluffy, adding cooking liquid as needed for desired consistency. Randy Rigg
