		Round steak (cut into long
		Thin strips 2 inches)
1	c	Flavored Progresso bread
		Crumbs
3	tb	Parmesan cheese
		Olive oil

Dip steak strips into olive oil then into bread crumb cheese mixture. Roll and hold with toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with pasta and sauce combination. Randy Rigg
