Title: Lattice-Topped Turkey Pie - Sl 1/82

Yield: 6 Servings
2 | c | ;cooked chopped turkey |
10 | oz | Package frozen English peas |
1 | c | (4 oz) sharp Cheddar cheese; shredded |
1 | c | Celery; diced |
1/2 | c | Soft breadcrumbs |
1/4 | c | Onion; chopped |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
3 | ds | Hot sauce |
8 | oz | Can crescent dinner rolls |
2 | ts | Sesame seeds |
Radish slices (optional) | ||
Fresh parsley sprigs (opt'l) |
: Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish. : Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Garnish with radish slices and parsley, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
