Title: Meat and Potato Pie

1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup |
1 | lb | Ground beef |
1/4 | c | Onion, chopped |
1 | | Egg, beaten |
1/4 | c | Fine dry bread crumbs |
2 | tb | Chopped parsley |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | c | Mashed potatoes |
1/4 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1 | sm | Container of sour cream with |
| | Green onion |
Mix 1/2 of the soup, ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and
salt. Press firmly in 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes then spoon
off the fat. Mix potatoes with sour cream and frost meat with potato
mixture. Place remaining soup on top of potatoes and sprinkle with cheddar
cheese. Return to oven for 10 more minutes. Randy Rigg
